Jane Dodd

Jane was born in Dunedin in 1962. She studied at the University of Otago and received a BA in Phenomenology of Religion in 1984. In further studies at Auckland University she gained C.O.P.s in Maori Language and Maori and Pacific Art. From 1991 to 1994 Jane attended Unitech, also in Auckland, and received a Diploma in 3D Design majoring in Jewellery.

She also played bass guitar in bands Verlaines and Able Tasmans for 15 years.

Jane works at Workshop 6 in Auckland. Her work sells at galleries around the country and she has contributed to many exhibition nationally and in Australia.
