Lisa West

Lisa was born in Tauranga in 1967. She started making jewellery in 1986 when she attended a part-time course. This led to work experience with a manufacturing jeweller and on to further tertiary education. In 1991 she gained a Diploma of Applied Arts from Northland Polytechnic. Lisa learned to work with glass during 1993 and since 1994 has been a self-employed craftsperson working in glass and silver. She has participated in a number of national jewellery exhibitions and supplies galleries throughout New Zealand.
